Reklamace stavebního díla

Abstract

V bakalářské práci se zabývám reklamací stavebního díla, zejména doporučeným postupem při vytýkání vad. Cílem práce je navržení reklamačního nástroje pro lepší orientaci v reklamačním řízení. V první části bakalářské práce nejprve definuji základní pojmy týkající se reklamačního procesu. Dále je v textu kladen důraz na předávání a přejímání stavby a včasné vytýkání zjevných a skrytých vad. V druhé části práce popisuji navržený reklamační nástroj a postup při reklamaci na konkrétním stavebním díle.In bachelor thesis I focus on construction project complaints through recommended procedure while pointing out defects found by the purchaser of the construction project. The goal of the thesis is to design a complaint protocol for better orientation during the complaint procedures. I define basic terms of the complaint process in the first part of this bachelor thesis. There is also an emphasis on transfer and acceptance of the construction and timely identification of obvious as well as hidden defects. The second part consists of proposed complaint protocol and the procedure during a specific construction project.
