Informační systém pro jednoduché řízení podnikových vztahů

Abstract

Cílem této práce je navrhnout webový informační systém, který umožní organizacím spravovat své komunikace. Problematika je analyzována a znázorněna modelem v jazyce OntoUML. Jsou analyzovány tři CRM systémy částečně řešící danou problematiku. Požadavky na vytvářenou webovou aplikaci jsou popsány a je navrženo řešení, které je bude plnit. Součástí je i vytvoření prototypu sytému ve frameworku Symfony a vyhodnocení dopadu této práce na podnikovou praxi. Navržené řešení umožní společnostem efektivně spravovat podnikové vztahy uvnitř i vně firmy a ušetří jim tak čas a potažmo i finance.The goal of this thesis is to design a web information system which will enable organizations to manage their communications. The problematics is analyzed and illustrated by a model in the OntoUML language. Three CRM systems partially dealing with the problematics are analyzed. Requirements for the web application are described and a solution is designed which will fulfill them. Other components are creating a system's prototype in the Symfony framework and evaluating the thesis' impact on the business practices. The designed solution will enable companies to manage effectively enterprise relationships inside and outside the company and it will save them time and finance.
