Vybrané aspekty problematiky zateplovacích systémů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranými aspekty problematiky zateplovacích systémů. Teoretická část shrnuje základní informace, pojmy a problematiku oceňování staveb. Dále je v této části navržen technologický postup pro vnější zateplovací systém (ETICS). Praktická část analyzuje referenční objekt v rámci oceňování vnějších zateplovacích systémů. Nejprve je sestaven kladečský plán tepelně izolačních desek a následně je vypočten procentuální podíl jejich prořezu. Rozpočty jsou sestaveny a poté porovnány s ohledem na cenové soustavy ÚRS a RTS.The Bachelor thesis deals with selected aspects of insulation systems issues. The theoretical part summarizes basic information, terms and issues regarding the valuation of buildings. Furthermore, the technological procedure for external insulation systems (ETICS) is proposed in this part. The practical part analyses the reference building in the framework of external insulation systems valuation. At~first, the laying scheme of heat-insulating boards is assembled and the percentage of their cut waste is then calculated. The budgets are compiled and then compared with respect to ÚRS and RTS price-list systems.
