Restaurace a zázemí k volnočasovým aktivitám

Abstract

Předmětem mé diplomové práce je navázat na předdiplomní návrh urbanistického řešení území v okolí vodní nádrže Džbán na Praze 6 a vytvořit návrh studie polyfunknčího objektu zahrnujícího restauraci, sportovní centrum a zázemí pro přilehlou pláž a rereační areál. Polyfunknční dům je zasazen do na jih svažitého terénu, aby co nejméně ovlivňoval krajinu přírodního parku Divoká Šárka a pouze funknčně podporoval zamýšelenou proměnu okolí z dnešního neutěšeného stavu. V této práci je obsažena studie budovy s půdorysem a řezem v detailu dokumentace pro stavební povolení, detail řešení střechy a obvodového pláště a koncepční řešení interiérů ve vizualizacích, schéma řešení TZB a základní statické výpočty s výkresy.The subject of my diploma thesis is to follow up on the pre-thesis design of the urban area around the Džbán reservoir in Prague 6 and to create a study proposal for a multifunctional building including a restaurant, sports center and facilities for the adjacent beach and recreational resort. The multifunctional house is set in a south-facing sloping terrain in order to influence the landscape of the Divoká Šárka nature park as little as possible and only functionally support the intended transformation of the surroundings from today‘s poor state. This thesis contains a study of the building with floor plan and section in the detail of the documentation for the building permit, detail of the roof and perimeter cladding and conceptual interior design in the visualizations, HVAC solution scheme and basic static calculations with drawings.
