Abstract
Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom a realizáciou systému pre automatizované riadenie rmutovacieho procesu pri výrobe piva. Hlavným cieľom bolo vytvoriť spoľahlivý a rozšíriteľný systém, ktorý umožňuje presné ovládanie teploty, miesenia a monitorovanie objemu počas technologického
procesu. Na dosiahnutie tohto cieľa bol navrhnutý dvojnádobový komplexný systém pozostávajúci zo senzorov, mikrokontrolérov Arduino a Raspberry Pi, softvérového PID regulátora a databázového modulu na archiváciu a monitoring údajov. Výsledkom je funkčný prototyp schopný samostatného riadenia varného cyklu s možnosťou vizualizácie a diaľkového prístupu.
This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a system for automated control of the mashing process in beer production. The main objective was to develop a reliable and scalable system that enables precise control of temperature, stirring, and volume monitoring during the technological process. To achieve this goal, a dual-vessel, comprehensive system was designed, consisting of sensors, Arduino and Raspberry Pi microcontrollers, a software-based PID controller, and a database module for data archiving and monitoring. The result is a functional prototype capable of independently managing the brewing cycle, with features for visualization and remote access.
