Rohanský ostrov

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá proměnou a dostavbou území pláně Rohanského ostrova a přilehlých lokalit. Předpokladem pro návrh je realizace otevření proplachovacího kanálu do plnohodnotného ramene Vltavy a znovuvytvoření zaniklých ostrovů. Ostrovy, konkrétně celá část území severně od protipovodňové zábrany, je navržena jako nezastavěná, přírodního charakteru. V území jižně od protipovodňové zábrany vznikne nová plnohodnotná městská čtvrť, jejíž centrum spočívá naproti stanice metra B Invalidovna, a hlavní kompoziční osy vedou z centra k cyklostezce a ostrovům. V druhé části práce je podrobněji řešena lokalita kolem nové budovy Divadla a přilehlého souboru staveb i veřejných prostranství, v těsné návaznosti na centrum území. Součástí řešení je i architektonický návrh budovy Divadla, koncepce zeleně, dopravy a technické infrastruktury řešeného celku.Topic of my thesis is revitalization and development of plains on the Rohan island and surounding locations. Prerequisite of the thesis is a reconstruction and opening of a channel to Vltava river and recreation of vanished islands. The islands, more specifically part of the location north of a flood barrier is designed as natural without any development. South of the flood barrier will be a new city district with its center in front of underground station Invalidovna. The main axes of the design go from the underground station through the center to the islands. Second part of the work is more detailed design of a new theatre building with surrounding public spaces and buildings. Part of the work is architectural design of the theatre building, greenery, transport and technical infrastructure of the location.
