Konstrukční návrh kleští na balíky pro smykový nakladač

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je seznámení se zemědělskými balíky, rozborem manipulátorů a jejich upínacími systémy. Práce se zabývá experimentálním návrhem kleští na balíky, fungujících na obdobném principu jako běžné. Pozornost je soustředěna na výpočetní kontrolu několika mechanických součástí, jako jsou například čepy v oblasti připojení rukou kleští nebo svarů v oblasti připojení k nakladači. Součástí bakalářské práce je výkresová dokumentace vybraných součástí.The content of the bachelor's thesis is familiarization with agricultural bales, analysis of manipulators and their clamping systems. The work deals with the experimental design of bale tongs, operating on a similar principle to conventional ones. Attention is focused on the numerical computational control of several mechanical components, such as pins in the connection area of the tongs hands or welds in the connection area to the loader. Part of the bachelor's thesis is the drawing documentation of selected components.
