Architekt Jindřich Merganc: lidský rozměr

Abstract

Obsahem této práce je analýza a interpretace díla architekta Jindřicha Mergance jako zástupce absolventů českých architektonických škol působících na Slovensku. Časové rozmezí je vymezeno životem architekta mezi lety 1889 až 1974. V práci jsou reflektovány jak osobní, tak politicko-společenské události, které společně s dobovou uměleckou diskuzí tvoří rámec výzkumu. Cílem je představit tvorbu Jindřicha Mergance v celé jeho šíři a pokusit se v ní najít autenticitu architektova vyjadřováníThe subject matter of the thesis is the analysis and interpretation of artwork of architect Jindřich Merganc. He is a representative of the graduates from Czech architectural schools who were not only vocationally active in Slovakia. The time frame has been defined by his lifetime, between years 1889 and 1974. The thesis reflects both personal and political-social events, which together with the then artistic discussion form the rudiments of the research. The aim is to introduce the artwork of Jindřich Mergance in its entirety and to discover the authenticity of his architect's expression.
