Předmětem bakalářské práce "Analýza a modelování procesu zásobování" je optimalizace řízení zásob tabákových výrobků. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje seznámení s logistickými procesy, statistickou analýzu časového průběhu poptávky a popis metodiky řízení zásob. Praktická část práce obsahuje použití statistické analýzy a metodu optimalizace řízení zásob popsanou v teoretické části. Praktická část dále obsahuje porovnání dosažených řešení s reálným stavem.
The subject of the bachelor thesis "Analysis and Modeling of Supplying Process" is to optimize the inventory management of tobacco products. The theoretical part includes an introduction to logistics processes, a statistical analysis of the time course of demand and a description of inventory management methodologies. The practical part includes the use of statistical analysis and the method of inventory management optimization described earlier in the theoretical part. The practical part also contains a comparison of the achieved solutions with the real state.
