Abstract
Tato práce se zabývá matematickým modelováním úloh spojených s vyšetřením perfuze myokardu za použití kontrastní látky. Úloha proudění a transportu kontrastní látky je v úvodu rozdělena do třech základních typových úloh, z nichž dvě jsou řešeny v rámci této práce.
This bachelor thesis deals with mathematical modeling of problems associated with myocardial perfusion examination using a contrast agent. Initially, the problem of fluid flow and transport of contrast agent is divided into three benchmark problems, two of which are solved within this thesis.
