Návrh spodní stavby bytového domu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje návrhu a posouzení založení novostavby bytového domu v ulici Klapálkova v Praze. Návrh je proveden na základě architektonické studie budovy, předběžného statického výpočtu nosné konstrukce horní stavby a na základě aktuálního inženýrsko-geologického průzkumu zájmového území. V práci je zpracován přehled geotechnických podmínek zájmového území. Založení budovy je navrženo a ověřeno dvěma různými výpočetními softwary se stručným popisem jednotlivých metod výpočtů a postupu při návrhu. Na závěr jsou jednotlivé výsledky navzájem porovnány. Součástí diplomové práce je výkresová dokumentace navržené konstrukce spodní stavby.This diploma thesis deals with the design of the substructure of an apartment building in Klapálkova Street in Prague designed as a new residential building. The design is made on the basis of an architectural concept of the building, a preliminary static calculation of the superstructure, and a engineering-geological survey of the area of interest. The overview on the geotechnical conditions of the affected locality is presented in the thesis. Calculation of the load on substructure is made. The foundation of the building is designed and verified by two different engineering softwares with a description of the individual calculation methods. As a summary the individual results are compared. Part of the diploma thesis is also the drawing documentation of the designed substructure.
