Sestavení business modelu a návrh aplikace pro organizaci Things of Dignity

Abstract

Práce se zabývá návrhem webové aplikace zaměřené na usnadnění procesu darování spodního prádla. Cílem je vytvořit prototyp aplikace, která propojí firmy s neziskovou organizací Things of Dignity, jejímž cílem je poskytovat spodní prádlo potřebným prostřednictvím dalších charitativních organizací, které pracují s lidmi v tíživé situaci.

V práci je popsán business model pomocí přístupu Lean Canvas. Jsou zde uvedeny požadavky na aplikaci a časový harmonogram projektu. Práce hodnotí finanční proveditelnost a dopad navrhované aplikace. Práce se zabývá také testováním protypu webové aplikace a popisuje další kroky a postupy, které by měli vývojáři učitnit a řídit se jimi při vývoji aplikace.The thesis focuses on the design of a web application aimed at streamlining the process of donating underwear. The goal is to create a prototype of an application that connects companies with the nonprofit organization Things of Dignity, whose mission is to provide underwear to those in need through other charitable organizations working with people in difficult situations.
