Proces onboardingu ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce analyzuje systém onboardingu ve vybrané společnosti s cílem navrhnout nový a jednotný systém onboardingu. Teoretická část definuje význam, úkoly a činnosti personální práce, pojetí onboardingu, cíle a fáze adaptace zaměstnanců i vliv kultury organizace na adaptaci zaměstnanců. Praktická část obsahuje představení společnosti XY, včetně jejího podnikání, kultury, organizační struktury a personálního oddělení, analýzu současného stavu onboardingu ve společnosti XY a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření mezi pracovníky společnosti XY. Výsledkem je návrh jednotného systému onboardingu ve společnosti XY.This master's thesis analyses the onboarding system at a selected company in order to design a new and unified onboarding system. The theoretical part deals with the meaning, tasks and activities related to personnel work, along with the concept of onboarding, the goals and phases of employee adaptation and the influence of organizational culture on employee adaptation. The practical part contains an introduction to company XY, including its type of business, culture, organisational structure and personnel department, and then an analysis of the current state of onboarding at company XY and an evaluation of a questionnaire created for XY employees. The result is a design for a unified onboarding system at XY.
