Návrh vozíku a jeho dráhy pro zkušební akcelerační stanoviště

Abstract

Obsahem předkládané diplomové práce je návrh vozíku akceleračního zkušebního stanoviště včetně dráhy. Vozík bude použit na akcelerační testy komponentů používaných v automobilovém průmyslu. Součástí práce je návrh spouštění brzdného systému vozíku a návrh nouzového brzdění. Obsahem práce jsou kontrolní výpočty vybraných konstrukčních uzlů, které jsou důležité vzhledem k bezproblémovému provádění testů a vzhledem k bezpečnosti obsluhy zařízení.The content of this diploma thesis is the design of the carriage on the acceleration test stand including the track. The carriage will be used for acceleration tests of components used in the automotive industry. Part of the thesis is the design of starting the braking system of the cart and the design of emergency braking. The content of the thesis is the control calculations of selected construction parts, which are important due to the trouble-free execution of the tests and the safety of the operator.
