Administrativní budova - sídlo firmy

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vypracování dokumentace pro stavební povolení k objektu administrativní budovy sídla firmy v Plzni. Projekt obsahuje část stavebně-architektonickou, tepelně technické posouzení, návrh vybraných stavebních detailů, část konstrukčně-statickou s předběžným statickým návrhem hlavních nosných prvků a koncepční část TZB. Budova je samostatně stojícím objektem, skládá se z šesti nadzemních podlaží a je nepodsklepená. Střecha budovy je plochá bez provozu a s extenzivní zelení. Objekt má konstrukční systém převážně skeletový se ztužujícím jádrem. V 1.NP se jedná o konstrukční systém kombinovaný obousměrný. Fasádu tvoří kontaktní zateplovací systém. Výplně otvorů jsou tvořeny prvky hliníkového lehkého obvodového pláště. Stavba má obdélníkový tvar, půdorysné rozměry jsou 47,03x18,83 m, před které vystupují ještě ocelové fasádní prvky o 1,25 m. Výška objektu k atice od ±0,000 je 23,225 m. Nad rovinu atiky přesahuje ztužující jádro se schodištěm, výtahová šachta a instalační šachty.This thesis focuses on the development of documentation for a building permit for the administrative building of the company's headquarters in Pilsen. The project includes a structural-architectural part, a thermal-technical assessment, a design of selected construction details, a structural-static part with a preliminary static design of the main supporting elements and a conceptual part of the building services engineering. The building is a stand-alone building, consists of six above-ground floors and does not have a basement. The roof of the building is flat without traffic and with extensive greenery. The building has a mainly skeleton construction system with a stiffening core. In the 1st floor, it is a combined two-way construction system. The facade consists of a contact insulation system. The fillings of the openings are formed by elements of the aluminum light peripheral shell. The building has a rectangular shape, the ground plan dimensions are 47.03x18.83 m, in front of which steel facade elements protrude by 1.25 m. The height of the building to the attic from ±0.000 is 23.225 m. Above the level of the attic extends a reinforcing core with a staircase, an elevator shaft and installation shafts
