Mateřská škola v Klatovech

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je navázání na architektonickou studii a vypracování navazující části projektové dokumentace mateřské školy v Klatovech v rozsahu pro stavební povolení se zvolenými detaily. Jedná se o třípodlažní novostavbu, která se skládá z jednoho podzemního a dvou nadzemních podlaží. První nadzemní podlaží je obdélníkového tvaru s rozměry 22,93 m x 17,43 m a druhé nadzemní podlaží tvaru L s rozměry 24,82 m x 19,32 m. Výška objektu k atice od +0,000 je 8,763 m. V prvním nadzemním podlaží nalezneme pochozí terasu. Nad druhým nadzemním podlažím je vytvořena zelená střecha s extenzivní zelení.The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is follow up on an architectural study and build up the subsequent part of the project documentation for a kindergarten in Klatovy, including building permit with selected details. The project involves a three-storey new construction, consisting of one underground and two aboveground floors. The first aboveground floor has a rectangular shape with dimensions of 22.93 m x 17.43 m, while the second floor is L-shaped layout with dimensions of 24.82 m x 19.32 m. The building’s height from the level (+0.000) to the attic is 8.763 m. The first aboveground floor features a walkable terrace and the second floor has an extensive green roof.
