Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá teorií spektrometrie gama záření, polovodičovým HPGe detektorem a popsáním neutronových zdrojů, kde je blíže specifikován použitý neutronový zdroj 252Cf. V praktické části bylo provedeno ozařování aktivační fólie lutecia o rozměrech 2,5 cm x 2,5 cm x 0,1 cm a byly vypočteny reakční rychlosti a aktivity pro jednotlivé reakce. Výsledky byly porovnány s výpočtem reakčních rychlostí s účinnými průřezy získanými z knihoven ENDF/B-VIII.0 a JEFF-3.3 v programu MCNP6.2.
This Bachelor Degree Project deals with the theory of gamma-ray spectrometry, semiconductor HPGe detector and with the description of neutron sources, where the neutron source 252Cf is specified. In the practical part, the irradiation of a 2.5 cm x 2.5 cm x 0.1 cm activation foil of lutetium was performed and the reaction rates and activities for each reaction were calculated. The results were compared with the calculation of reaction rates with effective cross sections from the ENDF/B-VIII.0 and JEFF-3.3 libraries in the MCNP6.2 code.
