Stavebně technologický projekt - Obytný soubor Počernická - etapa jih

Abstract

Autor se v této diplomové práci zabývá zpracováním stavebně technologického projektu pro novostavbu bytových domů A, B, C v obytném souboru Počernická. Autor diplomové práce se v první řadě zabýval posouzením převzaté projektové dokumentace z hlediska chyb, její úplnosti a nevhodných řešení. Následně se zabýval řešením prostorové struktury, technologické struktury, časové struktury a technologickým postupem prací pro dvě zvolené činnosti. Na závěr autor zpracoval výkresy zařízení staveniště pro čtyři technologické etapy doprovázené technikou zprávou. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo optimální navržení časové a technologické posloupnosti činností s optimálním nasazením pracovníků pro plynulou výstavbu bytového domu.

In this diploma´s thesis, the author deal with the elaboration of a construction technological project for the new construction of the apartment buildings A, B, C in the residential complex Počernická – stage south. The author of the diploma's thesis primarily dealt with the assessment of the accepted project documentation in terms of errors, its completeness and inappropriate solutions. Subsequently, he dealt with the solution of the spatial structure, technological structure, time structure and the technological processes for the two selected works. In the end, the author prepared drawings of the construction site equipment for four technological stages accompanied by a report technology. The aim of this diploma's thesis was the optimal design of time and technological sequence of activities with the optimal deployment of workers for the smooth construction of an apartment building.
