Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vytvoření metodiky, pomocí níž bude analyzována ergonomie v rámci návrhu montážních linek pomocí simulačního softwaru ve společnosti Continental. Teoretická část práce je věnována ergonomii a platné české legislativě v oblasti ergonomie. V praktické části je rozebrán aktuální proces posuzování ergonomie, výběr simulačního nástroje, návrh začlenění simulačního nástroje, vytvoření metodiky analýzy ergonomie s využitím simulace a aplikace navržené metodiky na vybranou montážní linku.
The thesis aims to develop a methodology to analyse ergonomics in assembly line design using simulation software at Continental. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to ergonomics and current Czech legislation in the field of ergonomics. The practical part discusses the current ergonomics assessment process, the selection of the simulation tool, the design of the integration of the simulation tool, the development of a methodology for ergonomics analysis using simulation and the application of the proposed methodology to a selected assembly line.
