Abstract
Tato práce je zaměřena na aplikaci technologie Laser shock peening na 3D tištěné niklové superslitiny, konkrétně Haynes 230. První část se věnuje aditivní technologii, vybraným parametrům integrity povrchu a procesu LSP. V experimentální části byly vyhodnoceny parametry integrity povrchu 3D tištěných vzorků. Cílem této práce bylo zhodnocení strategií procesu LSP v závislosti na orientaci tisku aditivně vyrobených vzorků.
This work focuses on the application of Laser shock peening technology on 3D printed nickel superalloys, specifically Haynes 230. The first part deals with additive technology, selected surface integrity parameter and LSP process. In the experimental part, the surface integrity parameters of the 3D printed samples were evaluated. The aim of this work was to evaluate the LSP process strategies depending on orientation of the additively manufactured samples.
