Abstract
Cílem mé práce bylo analýzovat a zhodnotit konkurenceschopnost podniku Mechel Service Stahlhandel Czech Republic, s.r.o. Teoretická část je věnovaná popisu základních pojmů a vysvětlení použitých postupů. V praktické části pomoci různých analýz a metod jsem vyhodnotila současný stav podniku. V poslední kapitole jsou popsány návrhy na zlepšení konkurenční pozici na trhu.
The aim of my thesis was to analyze and evaluate the competitiveness of a company Mechel Service Stahlhandel Czech Republic, Ltd. The theoretical part is devoted to describing the basic concepts and explanations of the procedures. In the practical part of the assistance of various analyzes and methods I assessed the current state of the business. The last chapter describes proposals for improving the competitive position in the market.
