PORODNÍ DŮM LETNÁ

Abstract

Práce řeší návrh porodního domu na omezeném pozemku zahrady polikliniky na Letné v Praze. Porodní dům nabízí žádanou bezpečnou alternativu k rození v nemocnicích. Dům navržený na pomezí města a parku přirozeně sestupuje po svahu. Blízkost vůči budově polikliniky vytváří napětí, obě budovy společně vymezují zahradu a dodávají ji intimnější měřítko. Zahradní fasáda polikliniky zůstává volná vůči ulici, místo tak zůstává jasné a přehledné. Svah je v domě zpřítomněn přímým schodištěm následujícím jeho tvar. Vnitřní chodba je prosvětlena světlíkem, který stavbu kompozičně pointuje. K nábřežní ulici se dům vztahuje klasickou uliční fasádou, do parku nabývá charakteru pavilonu.The thesis solves the proposal of the maternity center on the limited land of the policlinic garden at Letná in Prague. Maternity center offers a safe alternative to the required birth in hospitals. The house designed on the border of the city and the park naturally descends along the slope. Proximity to the building of the clinic creates tension, both buildings together define the garden and give it a more intimate scale. The garden facade of the policlinic remains free towards the street, the place remains clear and concise. The slope is presented in the house with a straight staircase following its shape. The interior corridor is illuminated by a skylight, which points out the construction. To the waterfront street, the house has a classic street facade. To the park house acquires the character of the pavilion.
