Pracovní náplň radiologického asistenta na urgentním příjmu se zaměřením na RTG a CT

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovní náplní radiologického asistenta na urgentním příjmu. První část teoretické práce se věnuje vzniku ionizujícího záření, jeho vlastnostem a jeho vlivu na lidský organismus. Druhá část teoretické části se věnuje radiologickým metodám, s hlavním zaměřením na skiagrafii, a to na RTG (prosté rentgenové snímání) a CT (výpočetní tomografii), které jsou nedílnou součástí urgentního oddělení. Část práce zahrnuje popis RTG a CT přístrojů pro lepší srozumitelnost a přehled. Praktická část této práce se zabývá průzkumem nejčastějších vyšetření prováděných na urgentním oddělení. Na základě dat, získaných z provozních deníků nemocnice, byly vytvořeny grafy se statistickými údaji o nejčastějších výkonech, jež jsou prováděny ve Fakultní nemocnici v Motole. Je vybráno pár vyšetření, při kterých je podrobněji popsána úloha radiologického asistenta.The bachelor thesis deals with the workload of a radiology assistant at the emergency department. The first part of the theoretical work is devoted to the origin of ionizing radiation, it is properties, and it is effect on the human body. The second part of the theoretical part is devoted to radiological methods, with the main focus on scanning, namely X-Ray and CT, which are an integral part of the emergency department. Part of the work includes a description of the X-ray and CT machines for the better clarity and overview. The practical part of this thesis conducts a survey of the most common examinations performed at the emergency department. Based on the data obtained from the operational logs of the hospital, graphs with statistical data on the most frequent procedures performed at the Fakultní nemocnice Motol were created. A few examinations have been selected in which the role of the radiology assistant is described in more detail.
