ZAPOMENUTÁ MÍSTA - MĚSTSKÉ NÁJEMNÍ BYDLENÍ NA POZEMCÍCH HLAVNÍHO MĚSTA PRAHY

Abstract

Součástí velkých měst jako je Praha je značný počet zbytkových nezastavěných pozemků, které čekají na své využití. V kontextu momentální bytové krize, jenž probíhá v hlavním městě se nabízí hledat těmto zapomenutým místům uvnitř urbanizovaného území nové využití. Tato práce definuje jeden z možných způsobů, jak lze problému bytové otázky v hlavním městě částečně odlehčit, a to novou výstavbou městského nájemního bydlení na městských pozemcích. Součástí práce je hledání pozemků podél železniční sítě vhodných pro realizaci bytových staveb, definice jednotného konstrukčního systému a koncepční návrh zastavění vybraných míst.In large cities like Prague, there is a significant number of remaining undeveloped land, waiting to be used. In the context of the current housing crisis, which takes place in the capital, it is proposed to seek new uses for these forgotten places. This work defines one of the possible ways, how the question of housing in the capital can be addressed. That is the new construction of municipal rental housing on municipal land. The work is divided into three parts: firstly, the search for sites along with the railway network suitable for the development of residential buildings, secondly the definition of a unified construction system, and finally the conceptual design of the development on the selected sites.
