Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the current topic of bullying at the workplace. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of bullying, its basic concepts such as mobbing and bossing and on theoretical knowledge, for example, who can become a victim of bullying, who is an aggressor and perpetrator. It also focuses on preventing and defending bullying. Part of the practical section is the mapping of bullying in the public and private sector through a questionnaire survey. The survey focuses on bullying, offender strategies, and ways to resolve and seek help. Part of the thesis is a proposal of a plan of strategy of solution and prevention for addressed groups of respondents.
