Komunitní cemtrum v Mladé Boleslavi

Abstract

Předmětem této práce je vytvoření studie komunitního centra s kostelem Seslání Ducha Svatého v Mladé Boleslavi. Návrh vychází z urbanistického řešení, které bylo zpracováno v rámci předdiplomního projektu. Území se nachází na jih od historického centra měst, obklopeno přírodním parkem a dálnicí. Hmotová koncepce území graduje od lesoparku směrem k centru území, kde pod platformou prochází hlavní příjezdová komunikace. Komunitní centrum se nachází na severu území ve zklidněné oblasti v návaznosti na lesopark. Je orientováno na osu směrem do centra, na jejímž konci se nachází kostel. Zvonice, umístěna u vstupu do areálu, plynule navazuje na ambity, které se vinou podél celého areálu. Kruhový půdorys budov centra symbolizuje jednotu a společenství. Budovy tak uzavírají polosoukromé nádvoří, ze kterého vedou vstupy do jednotlivých prostor centra. Najdeme zde společenský sál v návaznosti na kavárnu, dále víkendové ubytování, studovnu, farní úřad i byt pro správce objektu.The subject of this diploma thesis is an architectural design of the Community centre with the church dedicated to the Descent of Holy Spirit in Mladá Boleslav. The design is based on pre-diploma project of a complex urban study. The area is located southly from Mladá Boleslav sourrounded by natural park from one side and by a motorway from the other side. The geometry of the area escalates to the centre of district where the platform covers the access road. Community centre is located in the north of the area in the quiet area in direct realtion to the natural park. The whole complex is oriented along the axis coming from the centre of the district and leading to the church. The bell tower, situated at the entrance, follows up the cloister winding along the whole complex. The circular ground plan is the symbol of integrity and community. The buildings enclose a courtyard from that lead all the entrances to particular buildings of the complex. There are multifunctional hall with a bar and café, temporary lodgings, study room, parish office and the apartment of the administrator.
