Abstract
Tato práce se věnuje 3D tisku beta titanové slitiny Ti25Nb4Ta8Sn pro biomedicínu. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda chemické složení odpovídá požadovanému, ověřit distribuci velikosti zrn dodaného prášku a určit velikost prášku vhodnou k tisku, určit vhodné parametry tisku a vyhodnotit dosaženou strukturu. V této souvislosti se rešerše věnuje titanu, titanovým slitinám a 3D tisku.
This work deals with 3D printing of beta titanium alloy Ti25Nb4Ta8Sn for biomedicine. The aim of the work is to find out whether the chemical composition corresponds to the required composition, verify grain size distribution of the supplied powder and to determine the powder sizes suitable for printing, to determine suitable printing parameters and to evaluate the achieved structure. In this context, the search focuses on titanium, titanium alloys and 3D printing.
