Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování studie a vybraných částí z dokumentace pro stavební povolení pro vilu v Praze 8 - Tróji. Pozemek, na němž je stavba umístěna se nachází v atraktivní lokalitě v sousedství velkých rezidencí. Cílem práce je navrhnout luxusní vilu, která splňuje požadavky nejvyššího prostorového i materiálového standardu. Navržená vila zahrnuje ve společenské části vstupní halu, obývací pokoj spojený s kuchyní, wellness s bazénem, domácí kino, hernu, vinný sklep, garáž pro tři auta a ateliér majitelky. V soukromé části potom ložnice dětí, rodičů a pokoj pro hosty. Vila se skládá z kvádrů uspořádaných do dvou nadzemních a jednoho podzemního podlaží. V prvním nadzemním a prvním podzemním podlaží se nachází společné prostory a v druhém nadzemním podlaží soukromá část. Součástí návrhu je také zahradní domek, kde je umístěn byt správce.The subject of the bachelor thesis is an elaboration of a study and selected parts of the documentation for building permission for a villa in Prague 8 - Trója. The land on which the building is located is situated in an attractive location in a neighborhood of large residences. The aim of the thesis is to design a luxury villa meeting the requirements of the highest spatial and material standards. In the social part the designed villa includes, a foyer, a living room with a kitchen, a wellness area with a swimming pool, a home cinema, a game room, a wine cellar, a garage for three cars and an art studio for the owner. In the private part of the villa there are the children's bedrooms, parents rooms and guest rooms. The villa consists of blocks arranged in two above-ground and one underground floor. The first floor and the first underground floor have common areas and there is a private section on the second floor. Part of the project is also a garden house where the groundsman's apartment is located.
