Motivace absolventů pedagogických škol k povolání učitel

Abstract

Práce má za cíl zjistit motivaci absolventů pedagogických škol k povolání učitel. Zjišťuje důvody a podněty, z jakých se studenti přihlašují na vysokou školu pedagogickou, jak se v průběhu jejich studia motivace mění a zda po absolvování studia pokračují k učitelské profesi nebo migrují do jiných od-větví a jaké k tomu jsou důvody. Výstupem jsou také legislativní nebo procesní doporučení k tomu, aby přicházeli do odvětví školství mladí, nadaní a motivovaní učitelé, kteří chtějí nadále vzdělávat moderními metodami.This bachelor thesis aims to find the motivation of graduates of pedagogical schools to the profes-sion of teacher. It finds out the reasons and incentives for students to apply to a university, how mo-tivation changes during their studies and whether they continue to teach or migrate to other sectors after graduation, and what are the reasons for this. The output is also legislative or procedural rec-ommendations that young, talented, and motivated teachers want to continue and stay in this pro-fession.
