Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce "Motivační program podniku" je analýza motivačního programu vybraného podniku a vytvoření návrhu na jeho zlepšení. Práce se dělí do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá motivací, jejími teoriemi, pracovní motivací a také motivačním programem organizace a způsoby jeho tvorby. V praktické části je popsán a zanalyzován současný motivační program vybrané společnosti. Byla provedena analýza dotazníků ročního hodnocení a kolektivní smlouvy a zjištěny tak silné a slabé stránky v motivaci zaměstnanců. V závěru je pak zformulován návrh na možná zlepšení motivačního programu podniku.
The subject of this bachelor thesis named "Motivation programme of company" is a motivational programme of a selected company analysis and a koncept creation for its improvement. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with motivation, its theories, work motivation and also company motivational programme and its creation methods. In the practical part is described and performed ananalysis of the current motivational programme of the selected company. Annual evaluation questionnaire is analysed and a collective contract analysis are described in this part. There were also discovered both strong and weak aspects in an employee motivation. In the conclusion, a potential improvement proposal for the company motivational programme is formulated.
