Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá mentoringem v průběhu adaptace zaměstnance. V teoretické části je popsána adaptace a vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Praktická část představuje firmu Retail Fashion s.r.o. a popisuje procesy vzdělávání a adaptace v této společnosti. Dále jsou výsledky dotazníkového šetření vyhodnoceny a srovnány s informacemi získanými v teoretické části. Na základě tohoto srovnání jsou navržena vhodná doporučení pro zlepšení adaptačního procesu ve firmě.
The bachelor thesis deals with a mentoring during an employee adaptation. The adaptation and the employee education are described in the theoretical part. The practical part introduces the company Retail Fashion s.r.o. and describes the processes of education and adaptation in the company. Furthermore, the results of the questionnaire survey are evaluated and compared to the information obtained in the theoretical part. Based on this comparison, appropriate recommendations for improvement of the adaptation process are proposed for this company.
