Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá jednou z metod marketingového výzkumu zvanou Mystery Shopping. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část pojednává o marketingovém výzkumu, jeho metodách, technikách, organizaci, etice a nakonec je zaměřena na Mystery Shopping, na jeho historii, techniky, fáze a etiku. Praktická část je zaměřena na využití metody Mystery Shopping v praxi, v průmyslovém podniku provozující síť čerpacích stanic na českém trhu. Obsahuje cíl výzkumu s výzkumnými otázkami, metodiku a samotnou realizaci výzkumu. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit kvalitu jimi poskytovaných služeb zákazníkům a na základě výsledků výzkumu stanovit doporučení a návrhy pro zlepšení.
The Bachelor thesis is focused on one of the methods of marketing research named Mystery Shopping. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is about marketing research, its methods, techniques, organization, ethics and finally it focuses on Mystery Shopping, its history, techniques, phases and ethics. The practical part is focused on the using of the Mystery Shopping method in practice, in an industrial company operating a network of petrol stations on the Czech market. It contains aim of research with research questions, methodology and realization of research itself. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the quality of services provided to customers and to set recommendations and suggestions for improvement based on research results.
