Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Trendy v ticketingu a tarifikaci v osobní letecké dopravě“ je představení problematiky ticketingu a tarifikace v osobní letecké dopravě, včetně popisu nedostatků, které jsou způsobeny vývojem okolního světa. Cílem práce je navrhnout řešení implementace technologií umělé inteligence a chatbota do oblasti ticketingu leteckého dopravce, které by vyřešilo identifikované a popsané nedostatky.The subject of the bachelor thesis "Ticketing and tariffication trends in passenger air transport" is to present the issues of ticketing and tariffication in passenger air transport, including a description of the shortcomings caused by the development of the surrounding world. The aim of the thesis is to propose a solution for the implementation of artificial intelligence and chatbot technologies in the field of airline ticketing that would solve the identified and described shortcomings.
