Návrh linky lepených keramických komínových vložek

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem části linky lepených keramických komínových vložek, konkrétně tvorbou tvarových výřezů. Ve své úvodní části zpracovává problematiku průmyslových robotů, manipulátorů a koncových efektorů. Druhá část je věnována společnosti P-D Refractories a jejímu výrobnímu programu. Následující oddíl prezentuje vlastní návrh výrobní linky, definuje jednotlivé procesy a použité technologie. Závěrečná část je věnována finanční kalkulaci realizace návrhu a následných provozních nákladů.This diploma thesis deals with the design of a section of a line for glued ceramic chimney pipes, specifically focusing on the creation of shaped cutouts. In its introduction it addresses the issues of industrial robots, manipulators and end effectors. Second part is dedicated to the company P-D Refractories and its production program. The following section presents the design of the production line, defines individual processes and used technologies. The final part is dedicated to financial calculation of the projected implementation and subsequent operating costs.
