Návrh modelu technicko - ekonomického reportu ve společnosti První Labská s.r.o.

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce analyzuje reporting ve společnosti První Labská s.r.o. a navrhuje model souhrnného reportu, který obsahuje důležité informace z uplynulé sezóny. Společnost První Labská s.r.o. provozuje závlahovou soustavu Labe V. a dodává závlahovou vodu pomocí podzemní trubní sítě na pozemky zákazníků. Na základě vstupních hodnot získaných vlastní činností, jednáním se samotnou společností a hledáním ve veřejně dostupných zdrojích, byl vytvořen model technicko - ekonomického reportu. Report obsahuje informace o technickém vybavení čerpacích stanic, mapuje lidské zdroje, ukazuje množství odebrané vody, spotřebu elektrické energie, náklady na opravy, efektivnost čerpacích stanic, základní účetní údaje, ukazatele finanční i provozní výkonnosti, matici SWOT a doplňující komentáře s doporučeními. Tento model společnost využije při budoucím rozhodováním.This diploma thesis analyzes the reporting in První Labská s.r.o. and proposes a model report that contains important information from the past season. První Labská s.r.o. operates the Labe V. irrigation system and supplies irrigation water through the underground pipe network to the land of customers. The input values were obtained by my own activities in the Company, from the Company itself and from another sources of publicly available information and the model of the technical - economic report was created from this informations. The report contains information about irrigation station technical equipment, maps of human resources, shows the amount of water consumption, eletricity consumption, repair and maintanance costs, irrigation station efficiency, basic accounting data, financial and operational performance indicators, SWOT matrix, and additional comments with recommendations. This model will be used by the company in future decisions.
