Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na využití a optimalizaci kancelářských prostor. Seznamuje s historií a vývojem těchto prostor a služeb s nimi spjatých. Popisuje druhy prostor, jejich dělení a specifikace jednotlivých prostor. Uvádí vztah mezi facility managementem a prostorami, vysvětluje definici prostoru v rámci facility managementu. Se zaměřením na facility management administrativních budov popisuje jednotlivé legislativní, bezpečnostní a normové požadavky na návrh těchto prostor. S podporou jedné anonymní společnosti je popsán princip identifikace využití pracovního prostoru pomocí softwaru a následné možnosti optimalizace prostoru tak, aby se využitelnost zvýšila.
Thesis focuses on application and optimalization of office spaces. It presents history and development of these workplaces and the services connected with them. Thesis describes different types of workplaces, their division and specifications of particular places. It characterizes connection between these workplaces and facility management, it explains definition of workplace. The legislation, security and standards for worklplace design are described here. With support of one anonymous facility management company is the identification of usage of workplace by software shown with following possiblity of workplace optimalization in the way to increase the usability.
