dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh sterilizovatelného aeračního elementu pro deskový fotobioreaktor určený ke kultivaci mikrořas. Úvodní část obsahuje rešerši provzdušňovacích systémů a požadavků na hygienický design. Na základě provozních parametrů zadaného fotobioreaktoru bylo navrženo konstrukční a materiálové řešení, které umožňuje účinnou aeraci i sterilizaci. Výstupem práce je návrh základních provozních a konstrukčních parametrů, technická dokumentace a 3D model aeračního prvku.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a sterilizable aeration element for a flat-panel photobioreactor intended for microalgae cultivation. The introductory part includes a literature review of aeration systems and hygienic design requirements. Based on the operating parameters of the specified photobioreactor, a constructional and material solution was proposed that enables effective aeration and sterilization. The output of this thesis is the design of basic operational and structural parameters of the aeration element, including technical documentation and a 3D model.	en
