Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského záměru ve formě podnikatelského plánu pro založení nové společnosti v odvětví autodoprava se zaměřením na stavebnictví. Teoretická část obsahuje definici podnikatele a jeho právní formy, úvod do podnikatelského plánu s jeho strukturou, dále definici dopravy včetně druhů přeprav. Na teoretickou část navazuje praktická část s finanční analýzou, která tvoři ucelený podnikatelský plán na založení společnosti v odvětví autodopravy.The bachelor's thesis deals with the elaboration of a business purpose in the form of a business plan for the establishment of a new company in the field of road transport with a focus on civil engeneering. The theoretical part contains the definition of the entrepreneur and his legal forms, an introduction to the business plan with its structure and characteristics of transport and types of transport. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part with a financial analysis, which forms a comprehensive business plan for the establishment of a company in the field of road transport.
