Popis a vyhodnocení přínosů z realizace projektu protipovodňových opatření řeky Lužnice v Táboře

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje zpracování finanční analýzy již realizovaného protipovodňového opatření v Táboře, který má zabránit povodním v ulici Lužnická. Práce popisuje podmínky, postup a vyhodnocení veřejné soutěže a analyzuje rozdíly v rozpočtu projektanta a rozpočtu hlavního dodavatele. Druhá část je zaměřena na odhad škod způsobených jednotlivými n-letými povodněmi řeky Lužnice v případě, že by stavba nebyla realizována. V závěru práce je uvedeno konečné ekonomické vyhodnocení celého projektu.The thesis concerns with the analysis of the flood control realized in Tábor to prevent floods in the Lužnická street. It describes the conditions, the process and the evaluation of the public tender and analyse differences between the bill quantities made by a designer and the one that made a general supplier. The next part of the thesis pursues the estimate of the damages caused by the particular n-years floods in case that the flood control wouldn't be realized. We can find a final economic evaluation of the entire project in the conclusion.
