Větrání inteligentního hotelu

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh konceptu TZB s možnostmi využití inteligentního řízení a podrobnější zpracování projektu vzduchotechniky hotelu v Písku. Diplomová práce se skládá ze tří částí: A Formální část, B Koncept TZB a inteligentní řízení, C Projekt vzduchotechniky. První část obsahuje formální záležitosti ohledně diplomové práce. Druhá část je věnována konceptu TZB, kde je popsán celkový chod a systém budovy. Je zde uveden popis budovy, tepelně technické parametry budovy a na to navržená technická zařízení budovy sloužící k větrání, vytápění a chlazení. Dále je tato část věnována možnostem využití chytrého řízení pro minimalizace spotřeby energie a zajištění kvalitního prostředí. Ve třetí části se diplomová práce zabývá podrobně projektem vzduchotechniky. Zde je zpracována dokumentace vzduchotechniky na úrovni rozšířené dokumentace pro vydání stavebního povolení.The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of the HVAC concept with the possibilities of using smart control and a more detailed elaboration of the air conditioning project of the hotel in Písek. The diploma thesis consists of three parts: A Formal part, B Concept of HVAC and smart control, C Project of air conditioning. The first part contains formal issues regarding the diploma thesis. The second part is devoted to the concept of HVAC, which describes the overall operation and system of the building. There is a description of the building, thermal technical parameters of the building and the technical equipment of the building designed for ventilation, heating and cooling. Furthermore, this part is devoted to the possibilities of using smart control to minimize energy consumption and ensure a quality environment. In the third part, the diploma thesis deals in detail with the project of air conditioning. Here, the documentation of air conditioning at the level of extended documentation for the issuance of a building permit is processed.
