Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na přeměnu zemědělského brownfieldu v obci Stará Ves nad Ondřejnicí, sestavením nových návrhů na jeho využití a jejich oceněním. Práce je složena z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část popisuje fáze výstavbového projektu, které předchází fázi provozní. Dále popisuje cenové soustavy používané při oceňování staveb v České republice. Pokračuje výpisem možných způsobů financování výstavbových projektů. Teoretická část je zakončena popisem ubytovacích zařízení pro seniory a uvedením příkladů, takových zařízení na území České republiky, ale i v cizině. Praktická část v první řadě seznámí s okolím a se současným stavem řešeného území. Dále vyhodnocuje průzkum veřejného mínění, jako podklad pro nové návrhy. Následně se zaměřuje na vypracování projektové dokumentace pro výstavbu nových staveb v areálu, a to ve dvou variantách, které jsou pak oceněny a finančně porovnány včetně vyhodnocení.
The diploma thesis is focused on the transformation of the agricultural brownfield in the village of Stará Ves nad Ondřejnicí, the compilation of new design for its use and their appreciation. The work consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the phases of the construction project, which precede the operational phase. It also describes the price systems used in the valuation of buildings in the Czech Republic. It continues with a list of possible ways of financing construction projects. The theoretical part ends with a description of accommodation for the elderly and giving examples of such facilities in the Czech Republic, but also abroad. The practical part will first acquaint with the surroundings and the current state of the area. It also evaluates the poll as a basis for new proposals. Subsequently, it focuses on the development of project documentation for the construction of new buildings in the area, in two variants, which are then appraise and financial comparison, including evaluation.
