Článek se zabývá dopady nového zákona o kybernetické bezpečnosti na sektor elektroenergetiky. Transpozice evropské směrnice NIS2 do českého právního řádu rozšiřuje regulaci kybernetické bezpečnosti i na subjekty mimo kritickou infrastrukturu. Nově pokrývá například agregátory flexibility či držitele licence na činnost Elektroenergetického datového centra. Příspěvek poskytuje přehled klíčových změn a popisuje povinnosti, které regulovaným subjektům nově vzniknou.The article explores the impact of the new Cybersecurity Act on the electricity sector. The transposition of the European NIS2 Directive into Czech legal system extends cybersecurity regulation to entities beyond critical infrastructure. It now also covers, for example, flexibility aggregators and license holders operating the electricity data centre. The paper provides an overview of the key changes and outlines the obligations newly imposed on regulated entities.
