Adaptace části areálu rožmberského středověkého hradu v Soběslavi

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je adaptace části středověkého rožmberského hradu v Soběslavi a přilehlého okolí. Areál se nachází na okraji historického centra, kudy vedou hlavní pěší trasy směrem na nádraží a do industriální části města. Projekt se věnuje sklepům pod hradem, sousedící hospodářské budově, nádvoří a předprostoru se středověkým příkopem. V současné době se na hradě nachází knihovna v nadzemní části, zbytek řešených budov je nevyužívaný. Předprostor je nyní zanedbaný a nádvoří je využíváno jako parkoviště. Cílem bylo vytvořit udržitelnou funkci pro areál a začlenit ho do městské struktury. Návrhem je kulturně - hudební centrum, které by mělo městu sloužit celoročně. Dispozice obsahuje hudební sál, foayer a bar ve sklepeních pod hradem, v příkopě je navržena letní scéna. V centrální místnosti sklepů a ve východní přístavbě jsou navržena dvě nahrávací studia. V hospodářské budově je umístěna kavárna. Součástí projektu je i úprava nádvoří a nová lávka objímající prostor. V předprostoru je částečně obnoven původní příkop, do kterého je vložen menší skate park a pobytové schody. Výraz stavby je přizpůsoben charakteru zástavby, je brán zřetel na památkovou ochranu hradu a příkopu. V rámci projektu jsou řešeny i současné technické nedostatky a poruchy objektů.The subject of the thesis is the adaptation of the medival Rožmberk Castle in Soběslav and its surrounding area. Area is located on the edge of historical town centre. There is a substential amount of pedastrian movement trough the surroundings going from residential part of city to the train station and industrial zone. Project aimed at the castle´s cellars, next door barn, courtyard and a medival trench. In the castle there is library currently located above the cellars. The rest of buildings is not used. The land in front of the castle is now unkempt and the courtyard is used as a car park. The aim of this project was to find sustainable fuction for the site and make it a part of the city. Proposed idea is a community centre aimed at music. This involves music hall with a foayer and a bar in the cellars, which is connected to the summer stage in medival trench. There are desinged two music studios in the central room of the cellar and the eastern extension. Furthermore there is proposed coffee shop in the bar. Courtyard has a new layout with new footbridge embracing the shape of the space. The front space involves further exposure of the medival trench and includes new public spaces aswell as a skatepark. Project reflects and respects the surroundings and history of the place and also deals with technical shortcomings of the strucure.
