Návrh systému řízení rizik vybraného podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem systému řízení rizik ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem pojmu rizika, managementu rizik a popisem jednotlivých kroků při řízení rizik. V praktické části je navržený katalog rizik a matice rizik pro konkrétní podnik a jeho výrobní činnost. Dále je zde popsáno preventivní ošetření rizik a doporučený návrh systému řízení rizik pro daný podnik. Práce obsahuje metodiku identifikace, analyzování a ošetření rizika pro malé a střední podniky.The diploma thesis deals with the design of a risk management system in a selected company. The theoretical part deals with the description of the concept of risk, risk management and a description of the individual steps in risk management. In the practical part, a catalog of risks and risks for a specific company and its production activities is proposed. It also describes the preventive treatment of risks and the recommended design of a risk management system for the company. The thesis contains a methodology for risk identification, analysis and treatment for small and medium-sized enterprises.
