Abstract
V této bakalářské práci, která je zaměřena na část teoretickou a část praktickou, se zabývám stresem v organizaci a jeho eliminací. Zaměřil jsem se, na organizaci ozbrojených složek. V teoretické části se zabývám pojmem stres, popisuji zátěžové situace v organizaci xy. Specifikuji základní pojmy, odhaluji příčiny vzniku stresu, jeho fáze a následky. Cílem praktické části je dotazníkovým šetřením zjistit stresory působící na zaměstnance a navrhnout opatření k eliminaci stresorů v dané organizaci.
This undergraduate dissertation, which focuses on both theoretical and practical aspects, deals with the topic of stress in an organisation and its elimination. I focused on the organisation of armed forces. In the theoretical section, I discuss the concept of stress and describe stressful situations in organisation. I specify the main concepts and describe causes, stages and effects of stress. The purpose of the practical section is to expose stressors which have an impact on the employees in organisation. For this purpose, the employees were asked to fill in questionnaires. Measures to achieve the elimination of stressors in the organisation are also proposed.
