Ochrana životního prostředí a její vliv na přípravu staveb

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je popis a hodnocení dopadu ochrany životního prostředí na výstavbu objektů. Práce je dále členěna do čtyř částí. V první části bude popsán důvod ochrany životního prostředí a uvedení do celkové problematiky. V druhé části této práce jsou uvedeny informace o systému EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) a jeho zhodnocení. Třetí část se bude zabývat praktickými příklady z realizovaných projektů, jejich posouzení a porovnání. Na závěr této práce je názor autora na posuzování vlivu staveb na životní prostředí, jeho chybami a komplikace, které při procesu nastávají.The topic of this diploma thesis is the description and evaluation of the impact of environmental protection on the construction of buildings. The thesis is further divided into four parts. The first part will describe the topic of environmental protection and introduction into the overall problem. In the second part of this work, information about the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) system and its evaluation is presented. The third part deals with practical examples of realized projects, their assessment and comparison. At the end of this thesis is set the author for assessing environmental impacts of buildings, its errors and complications that occurred in the process.
