Palmovka

Abstract

Palmovka Diplomová práce se zabývá urbanistickým návrhem územní Palmovka v Praze Libeň. Návrh řeší území v okolí autobusového nádraží a jihozápadní část území je vymezena Libeňským mostem, ulicí Voctářova a ulicí Sokolovská. Tyto části jsou propojeny dopravním uzlem městské hromadné dopravy. V jihozápadní části je navržena nová městská struktura, která navazuje a doplňuje stávající i budoucí městskou zástavbu. Jsou zde navrženy převážně bytové domy, které jsou od rušných komunikací izolovány administrativními budovami. V okolí autobusového nádraží je doplněna bloková zástavba bytovými domy a kulturním centrem, které je vzpomínkou na Bohumila Hrabala. V druhé části diplomové práce je podrobněji řešeno území v okolí autobusového nádraží. Součástí řešení je architektonická studie kulturního centra, koncepce zeleně a koncepce dopravní a technické infrastruktury.Palmovka This thesis deals with urban design of territorial Palmovka in Prague Liben. The design addresses the area around the bus station and the southwestern part of the territory defined by the Libeň bridge, Voctářova street and Sokolovská street. These parts are interconnected by a transport hub of public transport. In the southwestern part of the area a new urban structure, which would build on and complement existing and future urban areas, is proposed. The proposal consists mostly of primarily residential homes that are isolated from busy roads by office buildings. There area around the bus station is completed with a block of apartment buildings and a cultural center, which is in memory of the writer Bohumil Hrabal. The second part of this thesis deals with in the area around the bus station in more detail. The solution here includes an architectural study of the cultural center, a concept of greenery and a concept of transport and technical infrastructure.
