Novostavba bytového domu je situována v Rotterdamu na přístavním mole v oblasti Merwehaven. Stavba se skládá z 6 nadzemních a 1 podzemního podlaží. V přízemí a se nacházejí ateliéry, dílny a kavárna ze vstupem z ulice. Ve zbylých podlažích jsou byty. V 5.NP jsou z pochozí terasy přístupny mezonetové byty.New building of apartment building in Rotterdam is situated in Merwehaven harbor pier.
