Porovnání systémů Google Workspace a Microsoft 365 ve vybrané IT firmě

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je porovnání cloudových služeb Google Workspace a Microsoft 365 ve vybrané české IT firmě. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na historii a přiblížení základních pojmů z cloud computingu, výhody a nevýhody těchto technologií a přiblížení balíčků Google Workspace a Microsoft 365. Cílem praktické části je zjistit pomocí polostrukturovaného online dotazníku a rozhovoru, zda jsou zaměstnanci s momentálním cloudovým řešením od Google Workspace spokojeni. Jaké aplikace nejvíce využívají z cloudového řešení, co jim chybí a jaké faktory by je motivovaly k přechodu na jinou službu, například na Microsoft 365.The topic of this bachelor's thesis is a comparison of cloud services Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 in a selected Czech IT company. The theoretical part focuses on the history and explanation of basic cloud computing concepts, the advantages and disadvantages of these technologies, and an overview of the Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 packages. The aim of the practical part is to determine, through a semi-structured online questionnaire and interview, whether employees are satisfied with the current cloud solution provided by Google Workspace. It also explores which applications they use the most, what features they feel are missing, and which factors might motivate them to switch to a different service, such as the Microsoft 365.
