Projekt bytového domu včetně jeho světelně technického hodnocení

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je bytový dům v Praze. Jedná se o předběžný statický návrh nosných konstrukcí. Na základě statického návrhu je vypracována vybraná část dokumentace pro stavební povolení. V další části jsou posouzeny tepelně technické vlastnosti obvodových konstrukcí. Následuje posouzení mezibytových konstrukcí z hlediska zvukově izolačních vlastností. Bytové jednotky, u nichž je předpoklad menšího proslunění, či nedostatečného denního osvětlení, jsou na tyto aspekty posouzeny. V závěru jednotlivých kapitol jsou shrnuty výsledné hodnoty a porovnány s legislativními požadavky. Při nesplnění jednotlivých požadavků jsou navrženy úpravy, aby byla všechna normová kritéria splněna.The content of this bachelor thesis is a residential building at Prague. It is about preliminary static proposal of the load-bearing structures. On the basis of the static proposal is drafted selected part of the documentation for planning permission. The following part considers thermal characteristics of the boundary building construction. Following the assessment of the wall separating apartments in terms of sound insulation. Flats for which the assumption of a smaller insolation, or insufficient of daylight, these aspects are examined. The resulting value with legislative reguirements is summarized and compared at the end of each chapter. To comply with requirements or to meet standards where there are failures, modifications are suggested.
